Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nupaf Limited handles personal information submitted through the Nupaf Education website.

2. Information you provide directly

We only receive personal information that you choose to submit through the forms on this website. Depending on the form used, that may include:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, where you provide one
  • your country
  • the type of enquirer you identify as (institution, educator, student or parent / family)
  • the area of interest you select
  • your preferred contact method
  • the message or questions you write

The dedicated EB-5 enquiry form additionally collects your preferred language, whether you indicate that you have access to the qualifying minimum investment amount, and any EB-5 related questions you choose to write.

Nupaf does not collect financial statements, source-of-funds documentation, identity documents or immigration files through this website.

3. How we use information

Where information is submitted to us, it is used to:

  • respond to your enquiry
  • identify which education service, if any, is relevant to what you describe
  • communicate with you about the support you have asked about
  • route EB-5 enquiries to our specialist U.S. partner, where you have acknowledged that referral
  • protect the forms on this website from misuse, such as automated or abusive submissions
  • maintain the operational security of the website

We do not use the information you submit for profiling, behavioural advertising, automated eligibility scoring, selling or renting lead lists, or marketing automation.

4. General Contact enquiries

Information entered in the general Contact form is transmitted to the Nupaf server for validation and anti-abuse checks.

The Contact form is designed to deliver validated enquiries through Nupaf's email delivery provider to the Nupaf mailbox configured to receive Education enquiries when production delivery is active. Where delivery is not active, the form says plainly on submission that the information has not been delivered to an enquiry mailbox or stored.

Nupaf does not maintain a separate Contact-form lead database.

5. EB-5 enquiries and FirstPathway Partners

Nupaf Education provides information about the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and an initial referral to FirstPathway Partners, a specialist U.S. partner. Where you submit the dedicated EB-5 enquiry form and acknowledge the referral, the details you enter on that form are transmitted to FirstPathway Partners so that specialist follow-up can take place.

Nupaf does not maintain a local database of EB-5 enquiries. Nupaf is not immigration counsel, an investment adviser or a securities adviser, and does not assess eligibility, recommend investments or handle investor funds.

Once your information reaches FirstPathway Partners, its handling is subject to that organisation's own practices.

6. International transfer of information

Because EB-5 enquiries are referred to a specialist partner located in the United States, information submitted through the EB-5 enquiry form is transferred to the United States. If you would prefer not to have your information transferred in this way, please do not submit that form.

7. Service providers

This website is operated using third-party hosting and infrastructure services. Those providers may process technical request information as part of delivering the website. We ask providers to handle information only as needed to provide their services.

Nupaf uses Resend as a technical email delivery provider for general Contact enquiries when message delivery is active. Resend processes the information contained in an enquiry as necessary to transmit the email to Nupaf's configured mailbox.

8. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising technology on this website.

General website analytics may be introduced in the future. If that happens, this policy will be updated to describe it.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling. Technical functionality used to operate the website may involve standard browser or hosting technologies.

10. Retention

Nupaf does not maintain a separate database of general Contact-form submissions. Once a general enquiry is delivered, a copy may be retained within Nupaf's email systems as correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and applicable business or record-keeping requirements.

Technical email delivery records may also be processed by the email delivery provider as part of providing its service.

Information submitted through the EB-5 enquiry form is transmitted to FirstPathway Partners for specialist follow-up and is not retained in a Nupaf Education database. Where we correspond with you by email about an enquiry, that correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Students who are minors

Where a student is a minor, a parent or guardian should be involved where appropriate when personal information is submitted.

13. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, which can include requesting access, correction or deletion.
